Visiting Midtown during construction

Construction has been kicked into overdrive on NW 1st Avenue, but this beautiful streetscape won’t happen overnight. From now through September the street will be closed from NW 17th Street to NW 19th Street to accommodate our construction crews. While service and resident vehicles are allowed there is information you need to know if visiting by bike or scooter or on foot.

If you’re planning to visit NW 1st Avenue, please note:

1. Sidewalks are open for pedestrians from 17th Street to Study Edge and The Social at Midtown.
